A fast growing local pharmaceutical company is looking to hire a dynamic innovative Marketing Head to manage the department & contribute in many new launches hence be a main contributor in the business growth!
Key responsibilities:
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital and Advertising.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department, We're looking for a P&L driven caliber!
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies & monitor ROI.
- Work on generating e-sales through e-commerce activities & brand activations.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas & market dynamics.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
Key requirements:
- +12 years of total experience in Marketing.
- Min. 8 years of people management experience.
- Current &/or previous FMCGs/ Consumer goods hands-on experience within multinational companies is a must.
- Exceptional leadership competency & experience in leading big teams.
- Successful track record in new launches & brand activations.
- E-commerce savvy!
- Fluent English.
- Exceptional communication skills with innovative mindset.
- Rolled-up sleeves marketing guru who's an on-ground executer!
