IL RUOLO
O.T. ENGINEER / AUTOMATION OFFICER
Riportando al Responsabile Servizi Tecnici, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Seguire ed organizzare le manutenzioni specialistiche (PLC Siemens S7, DCS Emerson DeltaV) e tarature strumenti;
- Accountable per la certificazione ISO 5000:1 ed i progetti ad essa correlati;
- Interfacciarsi con i consulenti esterni;
- Conoscenza di base componentistica HW per l’automazione di processo di varie marche (Siemens, Honeywell, Emerson, E&H, etc.) per identificare il materiale critico;
- Gestione reti O.T. di stabilimento per i sistemi esistenti (PLC, SCADA, DELTAV, OSI-PI, etc.);
- Attività di Project management per progetti di miglioramento in ambito Automation;
- Interfacciarsi con gli altri dipartimenti interni (QA, QC, Produzione, R&D ed EHS).
REQUISITI
- COMPETENZE TECNICHE E SOFT SKILL MANDATORIE
- Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica, Informatica o dell’Automazione; o esperienza pluriennale nell’automazione di processo;
- Esperienza nella gestione di ditte esterne e manutenzioni specialistiche;
- Conoscenza ISA-88, ISA-95, DCS Emerson DeltaV, PLC Siemens S7 e linguaggio KOP e AWL;
- Conoscenza ed esperienza con Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, TCP e OPC;
- Conoscenza in ambito cybersecurity OT;
- Elevata attenzione verso qualunque aspetto di sicurezza;
- Esperienza con essiccatori, reattori, scambiatori, pompe, strumentazione e centrifughe;
- Ottime doti di troubleshooting e problem solving;
- Capacità di lavorare sia in gruppo che in autonomia;
- Spirito di proattività e multitasking;
- Precisione e meticolosità;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Word e Power Point).
- COMPETENZE TECNICHE E SOFT SKILL PREFERIBILI
- Esperienza di almeno tre anni all’interno di impianti produttivi;
- Attività di supporto in campo Hardware e Software;
- Esperienza nell’interfacciarsi con fornitori esterni per manutenzione e istallazioni;
- Gestione, anche a supporto, di progetti interni anche a livello operativo;
- Esperienza come Field Service Engineer in aziende di automazione;
- Esperienza nella programmazione software;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza Autocad e SAP;
- Flessibilità nello svolgimento delle diverse tipologie di lavoro afferenti al ruolo.
