Funciones:
· Liderarás la gestión integral de la tienda para brindar el mejor servicio al cliente.
· Te encargarás de la selección y formación del personal que será tu propio equipo, velando por su motivación y desarrollo.
· Realizarás análisis para detectar puntos de mejora.
· Transmitirás a tu equipo las estrategias para conseguir los objetivos deseados.
Requisitos:
- Indispensable tener +2 años de experiencia en la misma posición o similar.
- Fundamental experiencia en gestión de equipos.
- Persona resolutiva y autónoma para poder gestionar de forma integral una tienda.
- Residencia en Ibiza o con posibilidades reales de desplazarse.
- Se valora positivamente a candidatos en posiciones actuales de management y conocimieno en visual merchandising.
Ofrecemos:
- Contrato Indefinido.
-Salario 34-36K.
- Jornada completa 40 horas semanales de lunes a sábado.
