Job Description:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and administering Appian-based applications, contributing to the success of their projects and helping drive business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Appian Development: Utilize your extensive Appian experience to design, develop, and implement top-tier applications, process models, and interfaces using the Appian Low-Code Platform. Appian Administration: Manage on-premise Appian installations, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and reliability. Process Modeling: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable process models. Integration: Work on integrating Appian with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of Appian applications to uphold the highest quality standards. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of design, development, and administration processes. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Appian projects. Appian Certified Associate Developer certification is mandatory. Strong understanding of Appian's low-code development capabilities and best practices. Proficiency in Appian on-premise installations administration. Proven experience in building complex process models and user interfaces. Proficiency in Appian integrations and web services. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Outstanding communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
