Desde Antal, buscamos Store Manager para una gran compañía del sector retail para liderar su tienda de Mallorca.
Funciones:
-Atender y asesorar a los clientes.
-Dar soporte al equipo en los procesos continuos de venta.
-Asegurar que el personal esté cualificado y de un servicio óptimo al cliente.
-Consecución de los objetivos establecidos para el volumen de ventas y para la optimización de los resultados obtenidos en las ventas.
-Dirigir, motivar y formar continuamente al equipo.
-Recepción y control de caja y stock.
-Visual Merchandising orientado a la presentación y comercialización de los productos.
Requisitos:
-Al menos 2 años de experiencia como Store Manager..
-Alto nivel de orientación al cliente y a la prestación de servicios.
-Pasión por la ropa y el calzado urbano.
