Te encargarás de las siguientes funciones:
- Gestión documental y administrativa en RRHH (contratos, horario, etc)
- Seguimiento del cumplimiento de la normativa y legislación laboral
- Seguimiento del absentismo
- Políticas y procedimientos de RRHH
- Comunicación interna
- Clima y cultura interna
Requisitos:
- Formación: RRHH, Relaciones Laborales, Derecho, ADE, Economía
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar
- Experiencia trabajando con un alto volumen de nóminas
- Experiencia con A3 o SAGE y paquete Office
- Nivel B2 de inglés, valorable
- Conocimientos en la normativa vigente
