As the Export Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our presence in international markets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of products/services to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in target markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients to secure profitable business deals.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in export sales and business development in flexible packaging.
- Deep understanding of European market dynamics.
- Fluency in French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
