Responsibilities：

• Responsible for the design and development of soft roof and rolling frame;
• Responsible for data integration management of soft top and rolling frame;
• Responsible for defining the functions of the soft top and rolling frame;
• Responsible for the verification and management of soft roofs and rolling frames;
• Responsible for calibrating the functions of the soft top and rolling frame;
• Responsible for resolving issues with soft roofs and rolling frames;
• Responsible for establishing and publishing design standards and validation standards related to soft roofs and rolling frames;
• Responsible for establishing and publishing design documents related to the prevention of recurrence of the soft roof and rolling frame, as well as DFMEA

Qualifications：

• Master the standard process of vehicle body development and other related processes in the technical center, with experience in the entire process of one L-class or above vehicle model, or experience in the phased development of three M-class or above vehicles
• Can independently carry out the design and development of complex parts or a module/system as a system engineer, and can guide P2 and below employees
• Master the necessary theoretical knowledge, national and enterprise standards, project development processes and outputs, quality tools, and research and development tools for the position, and have their understanding.
• Have independent insights into solving complex problems, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and certain internal and external influence
• Able to assume the role of business interface in their profession or department, able to independently lead cross-team projects under certain guidance, able to train and guide others to complete specific tasks
