Account Development Senior Manager - Renault (M/F)

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for an Account Developer - personality cluster who will join Renault Customer Group Team inside Commercial & Marketing Central Function team to develop and implement account development strategies specific to the Customer account to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities. This job falls under the scope of the company’s smart working policies. The position is developing Electronics and power train sales with the Renault customer of €250 million for a forecast of €350 millions.

MAIN TASK
Support cross-functional activities and drive business development initiatives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Develop and implement account development strategies specific to the customer account to cultivate long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
•    Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to create customer-specific growth plans, mapping out objectives, strategies, and tactics.
•    Oversee the end-to-end sales and acquisition process within the customer account, including networking, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
•    Engage with customers to explore cross-selling and up-selling prospects and encourage customer innovation initiatives.
•    Supporting the development of orders for ELS / new GTS / PS (classic ICE) with Renault.
•    Support marketing activities between Renault and the Client marketing teams (product, events, etc.).
•    Lead cross-functional activities on cross-functional customer issues (sustainable development, cyber security, etc., complaints, etc.).
•    Supporting the diversification of the product ranges of all divisions with Renault.
•    Keeping the address book of global customer contacts up to date.
•    Identify Renault's next product roadmap with the support of all divisions.
•    Help establish a customer battle plan taking into account customer strategy and their roadmap.

YOUR PROFILE - QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION)
•    Postgraduate degree in engineering or business or equivalent.

LANGUAGES
•    Fluent in French and English (TOEIC or equivalent appreciated). 

EXPERIENCE
•    10 years' experience in the automotive industry, including at least 5 years in sales.
•    Product engineering and B2B marketing would really help with rapid integration and would facilitate the interface between the various customer contacts and our colleagues in the different divisions.
•    Knowledge of Electronics and/or Power train products is mandatory, especially Renault’s.
•    Ideally have a network of knowledge of Electronics at Renault or power train at Renault

•    Ability to synthesize customer requirements and strategies 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage large customer accounts, develop lasting relationships and communicate effectively across multiple customer touchpoints. And ability to identify and analyze customer needs
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
•    Ability to work well under pressure adapting to rapidly changing environments.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage cross-functional, multicultural teams and drive results.

Salary and status

CONTRACT TYPOLOGY
•    Permanent Contract - Executive status (Manager Grade / Metallurgy Convention)

OTHERS
•    Possible agreement for teleworking two days per week after Trial Period. 
•    Occasional travel to be planned France (Locally) - Turkey - Romania - Morocco - Brazil – 
•    One trip per quarter on average (between one of these different destinations)

ANNUAL GROSS SALARY
•    Range from 100.000€ to 120.000€ fixed salary over 13 months, depending on the candidate profile and experience.

TARGET BONUS
•    PEB Bonus 15%.
