We are looking for a passionate System Administrator who is eager to contribute value to our team and work on technology projects within a collaborative and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks.
• Configure and manage user accounts and workstations, maintaining an updated inventory.
• Install, configure, and manage both software and hardware.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues locally and for other companies in the group.
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Analyze, design, and improve physical and virtual infrastructures, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect confidential data.
• Develop and update technical documentation and IT policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in system technology.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments, performing similar functions.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems: Windows Server, Office 365 (email administration, SharePoint, Teams), Active Directory, GPO, and antivirus platforms.
• Experience with hardware: network infrastructure, servers (Nutanix/HP/Lenovo), Meraki firewalls, etc.
• Experience with cloud infrastructures, mainly Azure.
• Knowledge of virtualization in Hyper-V environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with ERP systems: Microsoft Business Central NAV, Epicor ERP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with ticket management systems like Kaseya VSA.
