Aufgabenschwerpunkte
- Engagierte und kompetente Beratung mit Herz und Verstand
- Aktive Kundenansprache und Steuerung der Verkaufsabläufe
- Eingehen auf individuelle Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Kunden
- Ansprechende Präsentation und Dekoration auf der Verkaufsfläche
- Schaffen von Einkaufserlebnissen und Momenten des Glücks
- Initiierung und Umsetzung verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
Anforderungen
- Sie verfügen über eine fundierte Ausbildung im textilen Einzelhandel
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Einzelhandel- oder Großhandelsunternehmen (Fashion, Luxury, Kosmetik, Pflege, Home und Lifestyle)
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sie sind ein freundlicher und offener Mensch mit hervorragenden Umgangsformen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und sicheres Auftreten
- Unternehmerisches und selbstständiges Handeln, effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind begeisterungsfähig, denken und handeln kundenorientiert und haben Spaß am Verkaufen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse,weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
