JD: Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analytics: Create and manage dashboards and reports; analyze data across ITSM, HRSD, ITBM/SPM modules.
- SNOWMirror Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize SNOWMirror instances; resolve performance and synchronization issues.
- Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to define data models, KPIs, and metrics.
- Custom Development: Assist in developing ServiceNow applications, modules, and customizations.
- Data Governance: Ensure data quality and maintain governance standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and SNOWMirror.
- Skills in designing dashboards, configuring SNOWMirror, and customizing ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of data governance and industry trends.
