AREA MANAGER

Position: Area Sales manager / Business Development Manager (Individual Contributor)

Location: Vadodra

Area Coverage: Entire Vadodra, upto 80 km radius 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the expansion of the regional network as an individual contributor.
  • Drive franchisee development to support network growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances to meet expansion targets.
  • Thoroughly understand company offerings, competitors, and client needs to drive sales.
  • Research target markets, identify potential leads, and pursue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts with a focus on maximizing profitability.
  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize agreements for establishing Dialysis centers in Class A & B Hospitals.
  • Onboard and collaborate with Nephrologists for service delivery.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and actively participate in industry conferences.
  • Engage with government bodies to support project execution.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Promote PD (Peritoneal Dialysis) and HHD (Home Hemodialysis) within the market.
  • Generate, nurture, and mature leads for CAPD & HHD services.
  • Coordinate events and initiatives to promote CAPD & HHD.
  • Be prepared to travel frequently, with 70% travel required for this role.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharma, or Consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth market knowledge with an understanding of P&L management.
  • Proven ability to network and influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience in legal drafting and contract management.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (70% travel involved).
