Head of HR

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
    • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
    • Implement best practices in hiring to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Performance Management:

    • Design and manage the performance management system, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
  • Organizational Development:

    • Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.
    • Drive employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Reward and Recognition:

    • Develop and manage the company’s reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.
    • Ensure the alignment of compensation and benefits with market standards and internal equity.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
    • Conduct regular reviews of salary structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Compliance and Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Operations:

    • Oversee HR operations, including HRIS management, payroll, and reporting.
    • Continuously improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Qualifications:
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
    Experience: Minimum of 9 years of progressive HR experience
  • Skills:
    • Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, organizational development, and compensation and benefits.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR initiatives.
    • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
    • Proven track record of driving HR strategy in a dynamic environment.
