Bidding Engineer (Renewable Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Bid Preparation: Manage the preparation and timely submission of bids for renewable energy projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Procurement Coordination: Work with the procurement team to source suppliers and evaluate materials to meet project needs.

• Draft and Review Documentation: Create and review tender documents, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.

• Cost Estimation: Develop precise cost estimates covering all project aspects.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the bidding process.

• Client Communication: Address client inquiries and ensure clear communication throughout the bid process.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification in a relevant area is an advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bidding and procurement, particularly within the renewable energy sector or stations.

Skills:

• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of tendering processes, eligibility criteria, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant bidding software.
