Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily service operations for electric vehicles, including routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Develop and implement service procedures to ensure efficient and effective servicing of vehicles.
- Coordinate with the service team to schedule appointments, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
- Facilitate communication between technical staff and other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all technical staff.
- Allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Mentor and train new technical staff, providing guidance on company procedures and project-specific tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies or processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Electric Vehicles as an engineer or Supervisor level, with a certificate/diploma/degree in Electric Vehicle, Electricals or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Automotive Industry
