Role & responsibilities:

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs focused on various LOBs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
  • Ensure all training content is up-to-date with current standards and industry best practices across multiple LOBs.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels, from new hires to experienced staff across different LOBs.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), process owners, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant across all LOBs.
  • Track and report on training outcomes, including knowledge retention and application of skills across all clusters.

Candidate requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in a training and development role, with a focus on multiple domains/processes.
  • Strong expertise into Process training and experience managing a span size of 2000+ people.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in an international BPO or similar environment.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
