The Opportunity:
As our SAP ERP Practice Head you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ERP practice. This is not just a job—it's a chance to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact. You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving the growth of our ERP (SAP) practice through strategic leadership and hands-on expertise.
- Leading presales, RFP responses, and POCs to win new business.
- Ensuring the highest quality in project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing team, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Crafting innovative ERP solutions and methodologies that set industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of experience in SAP space, groomed from SAP functional consultant with SAP FI/MM/SD as a primary skill.
- Subject Matter Expert in SAP S/4HANA with a strong focus on Finance, Materials Management, or Sales & Distribution.
- Proven track record in leadership, presales, stakeholders and project & delivery management within the ERP (SAP) domain.
- Excellent experience in providing solutions & guiding the delivery team.
- A proactive planner with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Project Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Agile, or Activate.
- A mentor at heart, ready to build and inspire a talented team.
- One who can lead the entire SAP Practice largely from a functional perspective.
