Key Responsibilities:

Sales Achievement:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by effectively cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and proactively follow up with clients on new collections and exclusive offers.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
Product Expertise:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fine jewelry and luxury goods.
- Provide expert advice on gemstones, metals, and other fine jewelry materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the care and maintenance of their purchases.
Store Operations:
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
- Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with attention to detail in merchandising and display.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including security measures to protect valuable merchandise.
Language Proficiency:
- Effectively communicate with Arabic-speaking clients, providing a seamless shopping experience.
- Translate and interpret for clients as needed to ensure clarity and understanding.
