Onze klant, een van de grote Logistiek Dienstverleners in Nederland, wordt constant uitgedaagd door zowel haar klanten als vanuit de interne organisatie om de processen te verbeteren. Levernetrouwbaarheid en efficiency zijn erg belangrijk voor hen.
Als supervisor logistics engineering geef je leiding aan een team van zo’n 10 logistics process engineers, verdeelt over een aantal locaties in de regio Limburg / Noord Brabant-oost. Jouw team werkt voor een groot deel zelfsturend. Er wordt gewerkt volgens de Scrum methodiek. De procesverbeteringen worden uitgeschreven en door de korte lijnen met de IT engineers kun je de aanpassingen meteen in het WMS (laten) verwerken, waardoor snel resultaten worden geboekt.
Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw team blijft groeien en ontwikkelen, zodat je alle benodigde specialismes kunt coveren in jouw regio.
Om deze rol succesvol te kunnen uitvoeren heb je:
- ervaring als leidinggevende binnen de logistiek
- zo’n 5 jaar ervaring in het vakgebied van Process engineering binnen de Contract Logistiek
- Deze ervaring heb je aangevuld met ervaring in automatiserings/ mechanisatie projecten binnen de logistieke omgeving
