Voor onze relatie zoeken we een Supervisor Logistiek in de regio Rotterdam / Zuid-Hollandse eilanden. Dit is een veelzijdige management rol in een dynamisch opslagbedrijf.
In deze rol:
- stuur je 4 teamleiders en 30 tot 150 medewerkers indirect aan.
- werk je aan logistieke verbeterprojecten.
- ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid in het warehouse
- heb je een coachende leidinggevende stijl
- ben je kosten bewust
- geef je het goede voorbeeld aan jouw team
- heb je bij voorkeur een Lean Greenbelt certificaat
- heb je bij voorkeur een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de logistieke richting
Je rapporteert in deze rol direct aan de Operationeel Manager.
Het is een gezellig team; er wordt hard gewerkt en onderling veel lol gemaakt.
