About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of consultancy and engineering services in the renewable energy sector. They specialize in the comprehensive design and execution of electrical systems for power plants, delivering innovative solutions that ensure optimal efficiency and sustainability in every project.Site locations: Teius (Alba), Gogosu (Dolj), Bacau, Galati, Satu Mare, Constanta
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the construction and implementation of structural renewable projects and electrical installations in stations.
- Ensure all work adheres to project specifications, deadlines, and industry regulations.
- Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Monitor daily project activities and progress.
- Provide accurate and timely updates through reports.
- Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain availability for frequent travel to various construction sites as required by the projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale renewable projects and electrical construction.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in reporting and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work on various sites, with openness to candidates from outside Bucharest.

- Daily Allowance Type A: 100 RON for one-day trips (greater than 5 km from the company’s headquarters and more than 12 hours).
- Daily Allowance Type B: 150 RON for trips longer than one day.
