Role details:

• Title / Designation: Product Test Reliability Specialist/Lead
• Location: Delhi (In office)

Role & responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced reliability testing strategies to identify and address potential product failures
• Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure product reliability
• Design and conduct various tests, including stress tests, environmental tests, and performance tests
• Evaluation of derating and thermal analysis to verify product can withstand induced stresses under given environmental conditions
• Estimation to ensure quality of product during its expected lifetime
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing test plans, protocols, and procedures
• Analyse test data and collaborate for implementing design improvements
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in reliability engineering
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and reliability
• Schematic design and PCB implementations for modifications in product/new design.
• Ensuring best design & evaluation techniques/practices of electronic design.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience 4+ years of experience in product reliability engineering or related field
• Hands on experience in reliability testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and failure analysis techniques
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have track record of delivering successful product reliability analysis programs & product design.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering (BE/B.Tech)
