Site Manager for Electrical Stations

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Supervise the construction and installation of electrical systems in stations, ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications and timelines.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor project quality and ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.

• Team Coordination: Manage on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions to keep the project on track.

• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and financial targets are met.

• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in constructing and managing electrical stations.

• Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical station construction and installation processes.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in project management software and tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
