Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled FullStack Tech Lead to join our team. As a FullStack Tech Lead, who will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for our project. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, particularly Dot Net for the backend and React JS for the frontend. Experience working in Agile environments and leading Agile teams is essential for this role.

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Dot Net for the backend and React JS for the frontend.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical challenges.
  • Ensure that software development processes are followed, and that code meets quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the team, resolving technical issues and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on both backend and frontend technologies.

  • Dot Net Backend Development:

Extensive experience with C# and the .NET framework.

Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building web applications.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

Experience with Entity Framework or other ORM frameworks for data access.

Knowledge of SQL and database design principles.

Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.

  • React JS Frontend Development:

Expertise in building responsive and interactive web applications using React JS.

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong understanding of React concepts such as components, state management, and hooks.

Experience with popular React libraries and tools such as Redux, React Router, and Material-UI.

Knowledge of modern frontend development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.

Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

Nice to have:

Experience with other frontend frameworks such as Angular or Vue.js.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools. 

Experience with Hangfire

Qualifications:

  • BE/BSc or Equivalent
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation,
  • negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed
