Sales Head- Salesforce

Responsiblities:

1.Targeted Account Management: You'll focus on specific accounts, identifying key contacts, and effectively communicating the value propositions of  clients Cloud services to both prospects and existing clients.

2. Client Solution Crafting: Dive deep into client requirements and expectations, collaborating closely with pre-sales teams to understand our products and solutions thoroughly. With this knowledge, you'll craft tailored solutions that address client needs and drive successful sales engagements.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Salesforce account executives of assigned prospects and existing customers, working together to develop compelling propositions that benefit all parties involved.

4. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop a robust go-to-market plan for targeted and assigned clients, identifying prospective clients and devising strategies to penetrate new markets effectively.

5. Business Generation: Drive business growth through strategic campaigns, penetrating competition accounts, acquiring new clients, and establishing scalable platforms for large-scale engagements.

6. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed net new revenue, profitability, and collection targets aligned with quarterly and annual goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach.

7. Profit Maximization: Strive for maximum profitability in every sales opportunity, leveraging your technical acumen to articulate the business value of our solutions effectively.

8. Ownership and Leadership: As an individual contributor, take the lead and complete ownership of all sales initiatives. Demonstrate leadership by proactively driving initiatives to achieve sales objectives.

It would be advantageous if:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Cloud services or related technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and Cloud services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical acumen blended with the ability to articulate business value.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
