Responsibilities:
- Leveraging strong verbal and written English communication skills, engage with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance for the analysis of customer requirements for websites according to the client's wide range of specifications and needs.
- Lead and participate in architecture and design discussions to drive technical decisions.
- Provide guidance and collaborate with designers, offering suggestions based on experience and industry best practices, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write functional requirements documents, system design documents, relational database diagrams (ERDs), test plans, deployment plans, basic training material, and other project management artifacts.
- Design solutions for and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and frameworks like React.
- Implement robust back-end solutions using server-side technologies, specifically PHP and Node.js.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and web hosting server management (cPanel) handling is required.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to less experienced web developers to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- Provide thorough testing and guidance for troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of web applications.
- Plan for and manage the implementation of web projects, which includes introducing new web pages, incorporating website features, and leading extensive website redesigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, including overseeing development projects, coordinating task lists, and communicating project status.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development and incorporate them into our projects.
It would be advantageous if:
- Candidates have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in web development technologies
- Extensive experience in customer interaction, understanding client requirements, and providing technical solutions.
- Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress (Must Have), and modern frameworks/libraries such as Laravel, React JS, and Node.js (Good to Have).
- Solid understanding of back-end development concepts and experience with server-side languages and frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of user experience design principles and experience creating intuitive, responsive web interfaces
