Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of subsidiaries, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, as well as relevant laws and industry best practices.
- Perform detailed financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
- Provide exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities to guide and mentor a finance team.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications:
- CPA or other relevant certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a tech startup environment is essential.
- Strong ability to navigate and adapt to fast-paced and evolving business landscapes.
