REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

Network Growth & Management:

  • Lead and expand high-power networks in the region.
  • Manage a team of Area Managers.
  • Engage with Nephrologists and onboard them as partners.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, competitors, and clients to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Research and pursue prospective accounts, leading to successful agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Promote Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) to generate leads and mature them.

Client Relationship & Contract Management:

  • Prepare proposals and contracts to maximize profits while meeting client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Handle objections and negotiate to positive conclusions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with partners and engage in legal drafting and contract signing.

Strategic Development:

  • Understand target markets and determine effective market strategies.
  • Work with various governments on projects, including execution and project management.
  • Develop a culture of competitive intelligence gathering.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for scheduled activities and participate in conferences.
  • Organize events to promote CAPD & HHD.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Pharma, Consulting, or relevant fields.
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years in relevant industries.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong market knowledge with P&L understanding.
    • Ability to connect, influence, and network with key customers/stakeholders.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Travel: 70% travel required.Behavioral Competencies:
