Roles & Respnsbilities:

 Develop and execute domestic sales strategies to meet targets. Identify and expand into new markets across r potential regions. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Ensure compliance with domestic regulations and documentation. Lead and mentor the sales team Strong market knowledge and proven success in domestic sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the country. Proficient in English & local language.
