B2B Marketing Manager

The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and positioning in the B2B market. This role involves overseeing advertising campaigns, coordinating third-party vendor activities, organizing events, and analyzing customer behavior to develop innovative and effective strategies that support short and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the company’s overall business goals and brand.

• Manage and supervise advertising campaigns, including both digital and traditional campaigns.

• Coordinate and collaborate with marketing agencies, 3D graphic suppliers, printing contractors, and other promotional vendors to ensure alignment with brand strategy.

• Organize and manage marketing events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and build relationships with B2B clients.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and generate solutions to optimize results.

• Create, maintain, and strengthen brand identity and positioning across all media channels, with a focus on platforms relevant to B2B.

• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company data.

• Analyze complex data and present it in an easy-to-understand format for clients and management.

• Periodically report the results of advertising campaigns to the company’s management team.

• Identify and interpret market trends and B2B consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, and brand development.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.

• Experience in interpreting competitor strategies and consumer behavior.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Creative mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to simplify complex information into an accessible and user-friendly format.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.

The Marketing Manager will ensure that marketing efforts align with the company’s strategic goals and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the brand.
