El candidato/a se responsabilizará entre otras:
· Gestión integral del departamento liderando un equipo de Business partners y administración de nóminas.
· Elaborar y supervisar presupuestos de personal en tiendas; logística y central.
· Dirección y seguimiento de proyectos relacionados con desarrollo, formación y cultura empresarial. Plan de igualdad, OKR, PEOPLE...
· Control de los indicadores de productividad, confianza y reactividad deben cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por la empresa para elaborar planes de acción orientados a optimizar procesos y ventas y minimizar costes.
· Resolución de conflictos internos, selección; feedback y gestión del talento.
· Supervisión de la comunicación y negociación con comité de empresa y sindicatos
· Reporte a dirección general
Competencias:
· Mente analítica, habilidades interpersonales, pragmatismo, reactividad, habilidades de organización; EXCEL avanzado; inglés valorable
· Excelente dotes comunicativas tanto orales como escritas
· Capacidad de liderazgo
· Mentalidad critica y Orientación a objetivos
Formación necesaria:
· Estudios superiores en relaciones laborales, derecho laboral o similares
· 5+ años de experiencia demostrable en Recursos Humanos retail
