Requirements:
- Minimum studies: University Degree
- Consulting Experience in engineering roles at least 1 year
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
- Good level of English is a must
- Target and results orientation.
- Very good communications and people skills.
Its functions include:
- Business development, customer acquisition.
- Direct search for candidates
- Publication of offers on the main job portals.
- Curriculum screening.
- Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews.
- Preparation of candidate reports.
- Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client.
