INTERNSHIP IN CONSULTANCY – ANTAL INTERNATIONAL SPAIN

We are looking for a highly-motivated Intern to join our team in the Madrid. If you want to broaden your experience in the consulting area and willing to take responsibility as well as improving your skills and professional abilities, Antal International Spain is offering you a great opportunity!

During your internship at Antal, you are going to get insight in the world of HR recruitment of professionals, executives and specialists mainly using the tool of direct contacting (Executive Search). Since you are an open person who loves to get in contact with other people, at Antal you are going to learn how use your communication skills effectively as well as how to interviewing a professional way. To achieve this, you are going to make complex market, competition and company analysis to identify seminal business in different countries. Based on the gained experience and knowhow, you will be able to work individually on your own projects. Moreover, you will support the senior consultants in the process of candidate selection and afterwards in the candidate relationship management.

What we need at Antal is an open-minded personality, willing to face challenges and develop professional skills. Since we are working internationally, fluency in Spanish, English and Chinese is required. Generally spoken, communication skills are one of the main characteristics needed to be successful in this job.

Moreover, you should be a person with an economical way of thinking, showing initiative in your pro-activeway of acting and being able to analyze complex structures and contents in a fast way. Since we are team players, working ingroups should be familiar to you and you should be open to get in touch with different personalities.
