Head of Visual Merchandising & Window Display

Mission: Ensure and define the image of the physical store globally, including both the interior and window displays, ensuring the company's standards and style are met.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the Visual team and window dressers to ensure a uniform presentation across all sales points.
• Draft visual assembly procedures for the point of sale and other teams.
• Plan and develop commercial campaigns and special promotions for all sales points (development of signage, window displays, campaign photo orders, and on-time store deliveries).
• Control and manage the department's annual budget.
• Search for new suppliers to improve quality/price.
• Develop new furniture based on store needs.
• Maintain constant communication and a close relationship with all involved departments.
• Manage campaign materials.

Education and Experience:

• Higher education related to business management and/or fashion.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions related to point of sale and team coordination is required.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
