Desde Antal precisamos incorporar a un/a Administrador/a de Fincas para un cliente en Tarragona:
Funciones:
- Asistencia a juntas.
- Administración de suministros y fianza.
- Gestión y control de propiedades en diferentes canales (teléfono, email, presencial)
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias.
- Emisión de facturas mensuales a los propietarios.
- Control y seguimiento de proveedores.
- Realización y responsabilidad de emitir facturas/transferencias a clientes, propietarios
- Coordinación con el equipo administrativo, siniestros y contable.
Perfil deseado:
- Persona orientada al cliente
- Capacidad de gestión
- Habilidades sociales; comunicación, asertividad, negociación
- Experiencia previa en puestos similares
