Food Retail Consultant
Antal International, a UK Based recruitment company, founded in 1993 and present in Spain since 2000 ,with a worldwide presence, we are looking for a consultant 360º, to manage selection processes and Business Development, of our clients, in our offices in Barcelona.
Consultant / Senior Consultant
Requirements:
- Minimum studies: University Degree
- Recruitment Experience at least 1 year for consultants, 3 years for senior consultants.
- Organized, proactive, results-oriented person who wants to focus their professional career in the world of Human Resources consulting.
- Good level of English is a must.
- Target and results orientation.
- Very good communications and people skills.
Main functions
- Business development, clients and candidates contact.
- Direct search for candidates
- Publication of offers on the main job portals/ Curriculum screening.
- Telephone, telematic and face-to-face interviews and client meetings.
- Negotiate with Clients our service contract and conduct the process.
- Presentation and defense of candidacies with the client to arrange interviews.
- Negotiate with Candidates potential offers and help them to make the right professional move.
