Requisitos:
- Turismo, Comercial en eventos, restauración, hoteles o similar,
-Experiencia en consultoría
- Persona organizada, proactiva, orientada a resultados, que quiera enfocar su carrera profesional en el mundo de la consultoría de Recursos Humanos.
- Buen nivel de Inglés + otro idioma será un plus.
Entre tus funciones encontramos:
- Desarrollo de negocio, captación de clientes.
- Búsqueda directa de candidatos
- Publicación de ofertas en los principales portales de empleo.
- Cribaje curricular
- Entrevistas telefónicas, telemáticas y presenciales
- Elaboración de informes de candidatos.
- Presentación y defensa de candidaturas con el cliente.
