Responsabilidades:
Dirigir la recepción de manera eficiente y amigable.
Asegurar un servicio excepcional.
Coordinar asignación de habitaciones y mantener registros actualizados.
Inspirar a tu equipo para mantener altos estándares con una actitud positiva.
Resolver problemas y quejas de huéspedes con profesionalismo y siguiendo los estándares.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para una experiencia inolvidable.
Requisitos:
Experiencia previa en recepción hotelera.
Habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
¡Dominio de dos idiomas, preferiblemente inglés y otro!
Excelente comunicación y habilidades para resolver problemas.
Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera es una gran ventaja.
