Our client is a global international company is looking for a Business Development Head in the field of consulting or pharma with strong communication skills for developing and implementing company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the company at strategic external conferences with clients and partners
- Develop and execute commercial strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives to drive growth
- Cultivate and manage client relationships by building long-term and trust-based connections with key stakeholders, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector
- Research and identify target markets, conduct comprehensive presentations, perform strategic analysis, and implement company plans
- Actively engage in industry networking to attract new customers
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company services to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Carry out market research and analysis to develop comprehensive business plans focused on commercial opportunities
Competencies:
- Higher Education preferably in Economics, Marketing, Business
- Experience in consulting, sales and marketing and managing relationships with clients of more than 6 years as a minimum
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and self-organization skills
