Technical engineer of pre-sale support/presale
Responsibilities:
• processing requests for the selection of equipment for partners;
• customer consultations within the framework of equipment selection and initial setup;
• preparation of presentations on new products;
• making presentations at major events and participating in roadshows together with partners;
• * training of technical staff of partners and distributors;
• assistance to colleagues of the technical department.
Requirements:
• * knowledge of the security systems market and technologies that are used in modern solutions (CCTV, ACS, BMS, VDP, AI);
• Understanding of network technologies at the CCNA level and above;
• more than two years of experience in the security systems market;
• knowledge of English at a good level (intermediate and above),
• Higher education. Preferably in the field of information technology
Office work from 9:00 to 18:00 o'clock.
Salary from 1000 to 1400 dollars
