Technical Expertise:
 Extensive experience with Java or .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
 Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Professional Experience:
 12-20 years of experience in IT project management.
 Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.
 Experience in leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
 Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
 Manage project resources, timelines, and milestones.
 Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
 

Team Leadership:
 Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
 Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
 Conduct regular team meetings and progress reviews.

Technical Oversight:
 Oversee the development and implementation of Java and .NET applications.
 Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
 Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

Stakeholder Management:
 Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
 Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
 Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk Management:
 Identify, analyze, and manage project risks.
