Factory Engineer - in Roman, Neamt

Factory Engineer – in Roman, Neamt County.

Profile:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience in the textile industry would be an added advantage.
• Good English knowledge
• Sound knowledge about sustainability and green energy projects.

Scope – To ensure the total engineering function within the business, lead special projects whilst achieving sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining factory buildings and premises to ensure employees' safety and well-being.
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping records of total machines within the facility.
• Lead special projects and ensure that quality and delivery terms are achieved.
• Maintained all service-related contracts and updated timely manner.
• Identify potential risk areas and prepare proposals to mitigate the risk.
• Coordinate internally and externally to ensure continuous factory operation.
• Responsible for supporting the sustainability goals of the organization including waste segregation.
• Responsible for maintaining the company vehicle fleet.
• Responsible for coordinating with FIRE FIGHTING TEAM (external party).

Offer: Up to 10000 lei base gross+ plus all the other benefits according to factory rules (meal tickets, transport, present tickets and private medical insurance after 6 months; annual bonus)
