Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program encompassing all aspects of our organization, including but not limited to sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer service. Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned projects, tasks, and initiatives. Assist in analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements. Support senior management in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes. Develop a strong understanding of our target market, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Engage in professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and networking events. Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and present findings to management as required. Foster positive working relationships with team members, mentors, and other stakeholders. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and personal growth.
In short, individuals in our Management Trainee Program receive development for a time period ranging from 12-24 months in order to help our clientele expand into new markets. Top performers in our company progress quicker, achieving management promotions into new campaigns and territories outside of Birmingham!
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong leadership abilities and a desire to develop into a future leader within the company.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and embrace change.
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work with a high level of initiative.
