Account Manager

Account Manager will create long-term relationships with our customers. An Account Managers role is to develop new business with existing customers and attempt to create business with new customers. We are seeking someone motivated and professional with great communication skills. Our Account Manager will collaborate with our sales team to assist and help meet quotas while maintaining long-term relationships and keeping our customers informed about any new or old products that arrive or could fit their needs. Daily Responsibilities

Morning:
-Business meetings
-Account Manager/sales workshops
-Product knowledge training
-Team building exercises

Afternoon:
-Meeting face-to-face with qualified consumers
-Educating consumers on the benefits of our client’s services
-Building strong relationships with customers
-Setting up new accounts
-Working alongside other Account Manager representatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive successful outcomes. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities. Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address client challenges. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
