Morning Shifts in Gilbert! Direct Care Staff for Group Home

We are urgently hiring for our Tempe location. The hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-3pm. Behavioral health experience is required for this shift.

Alliance Behavioral Care is currently looking for a Direct Care Professional (BHT) to work all shifts in our 10 LOCATIONS throughout the valley. Alliance Behavioral Care is a growing network of Residential Treatment locations that serves adults with chronic mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and/or personal care needs using a relational and strengths-based approach aimed at assisting clients to achieve their full potential and the highest level of independence.  WE HAVE LOCATIONS IN GILBERT, MESA, TEMPE, PHOENIX, AND GOODYEAR.

We are looking for applicants who are at least 21 years of age as well as bright, compassionate, patient, and caring individuals who pay attention to details. Job Duties

Direct Care Professionals will be responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations associated with their assigned location. A few of the operations include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Prompting and assisting residents with their activities of daily living

  • Monitoring and assisting residents with their daily chores and upkeep of the house

  • Monitoring and assisting residents with making daily meals

  • Conduct daily groups and community meetings with the residents of the house

  • Filling out daily Progress Notes for each resident

  • Assisting with the administration of medications and documenting it accurately

Requirements:

  • Valid HS Diploma or GED Certificate

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Social Security Card or Passport

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification cards

  • Current TB & Risk Assessment

  • Current Physical (within the last 12 months)

  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
