Candidate would be responsible for counseling patients daily. This includes Patient Therapy Intake, Patient 30 and 60 minute weekly sessions, Psych Testing and Psych scoring. Proper and detailed note taking in patients electronic health records chart. Prompt patient follow up and efficient communication. Ability to work full-time at 40 hours per week. Responsible for up to 30 hours of patient appointments weekly. Ability to work in-between two different offices, Ability to conduct some telehealth appointments.
