At Affiliated Health of WI our physical therapists specialize in evaluating, designing and implementing a patient's plan of care for head, neck and facial pain. Each plan of care is created to increase motion or restore function and assist patients in reaching maximum performance levels.

• provide direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes and consult with other specialists.

• conduct therapy practice within defined standards of care

• document evaluations, treatment goals and plans. Regularly update documentation.

• practice departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program safety and infection control standards.

Must be a graduate of an APTA approved physical therapy program. And hold a current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
